These terms apply to purchases made through the Slide On Campers online shop. Camper purchases are governed by separate camper Purchase Terms & Warranty.
1. About these terms
These Shop Terms & Conditions apply to ecommerce purchases made from Slide On Campers Limited, trading as Slide On Campers.
By placing an order through our online shop, you agree to these terms together with our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 or other applicable New Zealand law.
2. Products
We sell camping, RV, touring, portable power, electrical, off-grid and related products.
Products may be supplied from stock held by Slide On Campers or dispatched directly by an authorised supplier or distribution partner.
We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions, specifications, images and other information accurate. Manufacturers may change packaging, appearance or specifications from time to time, provided the product supplied remains consistent with the description and applicable consumer guarantees.
3. Pricing
Unless stated otherwise, prices shown on our New Zealand website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
Any applicable delivery charge is shown during checkout before payment is completed.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
An order is accepted once Slide On Campers confirms the order after checking relevant stock or availability information.
If we cannot accept an order, we will contact you and refund any amount already paid for the affected product.
5. Stock availability
Stock availability may depend on inventory held by Slide On Campers, manufacturers, suppliers or distribution partners. We take reasonable steps to keep availability information current.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer the available options, which may include waiting for stock, changing to an alternative product, or receiving a full refund for the unavailable product.
6. Pricing and listing errors
If a genuine pricing, product description or technical listing error is identified before an order is accepted, we may contact you to correct the error.
You may then proceed with the order on the corrected basis or receive a full refund of any amount already paid for the affected product.
7. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments are processed through approved payment service providers. Slide On Campers does not directly store complete payment card details.
8. Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Products may be dispatched by Slide On Campers or directly by a supplier or distribution partner. Products within the same order may arrive in separate shipments.
9. Customer cancellations
If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
After an order has been accepted or sent to a supplier for fulfilment, cancellation is only available where we are still able to stop the order. If the order can no longer be cancelled or has already been dispatched, our Returns & Refunds Policy applies.
10. Returns, refunds and faulty products
Returns, refunds, repairs and replacements are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable New Zealand consumer law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet a guarantee under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, contact us so the appropriate remedy can be arranged.
11. Manufacturer and supplier warranties
Some products include a manufacturer or supplier warranty. Any such warranty is additional to, and does not replace, rights available under New Zealand consumer law.
Warranty procedures may vary between products and manufacturers. Slide On Campers will assist with the applicable process where required.
12. Intellectual property
Slide On Campers branding, website content and other original material remain the property of Slide On Campers Limited unless stated otherwise.
Product names, trademarks, images and manufacturer material remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected through our online shop is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020.
Information reasonably required to process or fulfil an order may be provided to relevant suppliers, distributors, couriers, payment providers and other service providers.
14. Governing law
These Shop Terms & Conditions are governed by New Zealand law.
