This policy applies to products purchased through the Slide On Campers online shop and explains how orders are dispatched and delivered.
1. Delivery area
We deliver ecommerce orders throughout New Zealand, subject to product availability, supplier coverage and courier service availability.
Some rural, remote or restricted delivery locations may require additional time or freight charges.
2. Where orders are shipped from
Depending on the product, an order may be dispatched directly by Slide On Campers, from a New Zealand supplier or distribution partner, or from another authorised supplier fulfilment location.
The fulfilment location does not change your relationship with Slide On Campers as the retailer from whom you purchased the product.
3. Delivery charges
Any applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Some products may qualify for free delivery where this is expressly stated. Delivery pricing may vary according to the product, destination, size, weight or supplier fulfilment arrangement.
4. Delivery timeframes
Delivery timeframes shown on our website or provided after an order are estimates only unless Slide On Campers expressly agrees to a guaranteed delivery date.
Actual delivery times can vary depending on stock location, supplier processing, courier networks, destination and other circumstances outside our direct control.
We will arrange delivery within an agreed timeframe or, where no timeframe has been agreed, within a reasonable time as required by New Zealand consumer law.
5. Direct supplier fulfilment
Some products are dispatched directly to customers by our suppliers or distribution partners.
Where direct fulfilment is used, information reasonably required to complete the delivery may be provided to the relevant supplier, distributor or courier, including the recipient name, delivery address, phone number and email address.
6. Split shipments
Products within the same order may be dispatched from different suppliers or fulfilment locations and may arrive separately.
Where available, separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.
7. Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch. Tracking may be supplied by Slide On Campers, the supplier or the courier handling the delivery.
8. Delivery addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
Some products or courier services require a physical street address and may not be deliverable to PO Boxes.
Where an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer results in reasonable redelivery, redirection or other additional courier charges, those additional costs may be payable by the customer where legally permitted.
9. Signature on delivery
Some deliveries may require a signature depending on the product, supplier or courier service used.
If no one is available to receive a delivery, the courier may leave instructions for redelivery, collection or another delivery attempt.
10. Damaged deliveries
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If a product arrives damaged, incorrect or Dead on Arrival, please contact us within 3 business days where possible and provide your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. This helps us promptly manage supplier or courier claims and does not limit rights available under New Zealand consumer law.
11. Delayed or missing deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we will investigate the shipment.
Where Slide On Campers has arranged delivery, our obligations to you under applicable New Zealand consumer law are not removed simply because a supplier or third-party courier is used to fulfil or deliver the order.
